Order Tracking

To track the status of your order:

You will need to supply Last Name and Order reference number. The order reference # is automatically emailed to you on completion of order.

The shopping cart server uses a Thawte SSL Web Server Certificate which secures information by encrypting all data to and from the store (the strongest form of browser security). You can feel confident in knowing we take the security of your personal information very seriously. In fact, we believe entering your credit card information on our site is safer than giving it to a retail store or restaurant.

Most consumers are unaware that it is statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in traditional stores and restaurants. These businesses use a multiple copy sales draft, which requires your signature. The employee now has access to not only your credit card number but signature as well. Internet transactions are performed electronically without a multiple copy sales draft making your purchase safer.

According to CNN, "The prevalent opinion ... is that online credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional 'low-tech' transactions." You should feel as safe as you would using a credit card in a store or restaurant, if not more so.

Our servers use a combination of firewall, intrusion detection software and password protection designed to protect against unauthorized entry and loss, theft, or misuse of personal information. We have a dedicated firewall appliance and our servers are routinely scanned by ControlScan.

Domestic Shipping

All orders normally ship within 24 hours (business days) from the time you place your order.

The cost for shipping is calculated based on the shipping method you choose, the size and weight of your package(s), the destination, and the number of individual products you order. Your available shipping options will be presented in your shopping cart prior to submitting your final order.

For your reference, here are some rough estimates of shipping one DVD using the least expensive method: Standard Domestic (US) Shipping is approximately $5.00. Please note that shipping costs per item decrease as more items are ordered.

UPS Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. Central Time and USPS Express by 12:30 p.m. Central Time to ship the same day, Monday through Friday only (no weekend pick-up or delivery). For Overnight orders, if your item is out of stock, we will email or call you promptly. We will otherwise only email you if we are unable to ship within one week.

We strive to have all items in stock at all times. If mailing in your order with a personal check, your order may be held for your check to clear.

International Orders

All international orders are sent via the US Postal Service. The cost for shipping is calculated based on the shipping method you choose, the destination country, the size and weight of your package(s), and the number of individual products you order. Your available shipping options will be presented in your shopping cart prior to submitting your final order. For your reference, here are some rough estimates of shipping one DVD using the least expensive method: Standard Shipping to Canada is usually $9.00 and higher. Standard International Shipping is usually $13.00 and higher. Please note that shipping costs per item decrease as more items are ordered.

If mailing in your order with a personal check, your order may be held for your check to clear. We will otherwise only email you if we are unable to ship within one week. We strive to have all items in stock at all times.

Any customs, duties and/or taxes that apply upon receipt of the order are the responsibility of the customer.

APO Orders

We do ship to APO addresses and the shipping rates are the same as our domestic rates. These packages can be delivered via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (2 or more items). You simply enter APO as the city and select the appropriate Armed Forces designation from our pull-down US/Canadian State/Province menu.

Very Important – be sure to select USA as the Country also on any military shipping address. If you do not select USA as the Country in your shipping information, the system will charge International Shipping on the order.

If billing and shipping addresses are exactly the same, complete the billing info and click on the box next to "Check here to deliver to the billing address" and skip this section. Scroll to the bottom of the page to continue.

If shipping somewhere other than the credit card billing address, complete the billing and then type in the specific shipping information also. Do not click the box mentioned above because it will overwrite the information you’ve entered into the billing information section.

Video / DVD Formats & Regions

Video formats contained on our site are VHS NTSC format only.

We do not carry PAL or SECAM for those customers outside of North America that require this format. However, many non-US VCRs are dual format and will play the NTSC format. Check your manual for this feature.

All DVDs for purchase on our site will be designated either All Region or Region 1. All Region are not specific to any one region, and can be played on all DVD players in the US or abroad. Region 1 will work with North American DVD players only. Though again, many DVD players are multi-format. Check your manual for this feature.

Some UK and European VCRs are dual format and will play both NTSC and PAL videos. Please check your manual before ordering.

Internet:

You can order via our secure internet server with your major credit or debit card. Just add the items you want to your shopping cart, and follow the instructions provided.

Check or Money Order:

If you'd prefer to send a check or money order or your credit/debit card number, just add the item(s) you want to your shopping cart. In the Billing area, change the Payment Type: Credit/Debit Card, Other (Fax or Mail) drop down box from it's default 'credit card/debit card' to 'Other (Fax or Mail)'. You can then print the order form, or copy down the relevant information to include with your check/MO.
Please include your email address and/or phone number in the event we need to contact you with questions or information about your order.

Fax:

You can fax your order by adding the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then either print the order form or copy down the relevant information and include it in your fax. Don't forget to include your credit or debit card number, along with the expiration date.

To ensure your email reaches the proper department, and does not get caught in our spam filters, please do not remove the subject line. Without the proper subject line, our mail server will reject your email.

This practice greatly reduces the amount of spam we receive and allows us to answer your inquiries faster and more efficiently.

If you can not email us, please use our online contact form. If your email server is not set up correctly, you may not be able to email us. i.e. if you have no reverse pointer, SPF or Domainkey. Please contact your email administrator to resolve this issue or use our webform. (Please note, replies to Yahoo email accounts can take 2 to 48 hours to deliver. Return Policy

We do not accept returns of opened items due to the nature of the products we sell and anti-piracy concerns. You may return unopened items within 30 days of receipt of your order (or gift) for a credit or refund of the cost of the items. Shipping is not refundable. Insurance or tracking is advised. A credit will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles, or if you paid by check or money order, you will receive a refund check in the mail within one to two months. If an item is returned damaged no credit will be issued, so please use appropriate packing material. Please include your packing slip and return unopened items only to:

Shipping/Backorders

Normally all orders ship within 24 hours from the time your order is received, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If an item is backordered, and it is determined it will take more than one week for shipment to go out, we will notify you. If mailing in your order with a personal check, your order may be held for your check to clear.

Taxes

Because of our presence in these states, orders with a shipping address in Texas will be charged 6.75% sales tax and in South Dakota will be charged 6% sales tax.

Canada and International orders - Any customs, duties, taxes or brokerage that apply upon delivery of the order are the sole responsibility of the customer.
