- Did you order online, by mail or call our 800 number?
- Do NOT send credit card information by email.
Can I order by email?
- No, please use our shopping cart to order online or by money order/fax
Can I order by money order?
- Yes, please see Ordering Methods for instructions.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
- No, we are not able to ship C.O.D.
Do you accept purchase orders from schools?
- We accept Purchase Orders from U.S. and Canadian Schools, Libraries, Hospitals, etc., via mail or fax.
Do you charge sales tax on online orders, and if so, in what state?
- Please check Sales Tax for a list of states.
Do you you ship to "Name of Country" and what is the average cost/time involved?
- We ship to most countries, see shipping costs. If there are any additional shipping costs, we will contact you before proceeding with your order. We ship most orders in 24 hours but delivery can take 1 to 4 weeks. Any customs, duties, taxes or brokerage that apply upon delivery of the order are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local Post Office or Customs Office for these charges.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
- Yes we ship to APO, please see APO orders.
Do you have a phone number to call and order?
- Yes you can order by phone. Please see our order instructions and phone numbers.
Please send me the price in Canadian dollars or other currency.
- All our prices are in US dollars. Please check with your bank or financial institution for currency conversion. Your credit card will automatically convert and bill you in your local currency.

Please order online. In order to bring you the lowest prices, we do not have any physical stores.

As advertised on TV

Some of the products for sale on our site are also advertised on TV. We offer identical products and can ship these items in 24 hours, rather than 4 to 6 weeks as advertised on TV.

Printed catalog

We do not have a printed catalog. All products for sale are listed on our site. Online, we can mark products temporarily out of stock, add new merchandise and pass on price changes quickly.
